Title Quality Control Review Process

Edited

When you hit Publish in Voices, your title enters our Quality Control review process, where we assess submissions against our Content Policy, Technical Requirements, and distribution partner standards prior to release.

To help protect authors, rights holders, listeners, and our retail partner network, a significant portion of this review process is completed manually by members of our team. This includes review of title metadata, audio quality, ownership and rights considerations, and overall compliance with platform requirements.

Due to elevated submission volumes, reviews may currently take longer than usual. While many titles are reviewed sooner, some submissions may require additional verification or deeper review depending on complexity and queue volume. All titles are processed as carefully and efficiently as possible in the order they are received.

Please note that submitting duplicate titles, incomplete metadata, low-quality audio, or content that does not meet platform standards may result in additional review time or rejection.

If we identify any issues or require additional information, we’ll contact you directly by email. Otherwise, you’ll receive a notification as soon as your title has been approved for distribution to your selected partners.

To help our team focus on reviews as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that you avoid submitting duplicate review requests or contacting support for status updates unless requested by our team.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete this important step.
