Understanding Project Limits on Voices by INaudio
Why am I seeing a "You've reached your account's project limit" message?
If you've received a message indicating that you've reached your account's project limit, don't worry, this does not mean there's a problem with your account, your titles, or your ability to publish on Voices by INaudio.
Project limits are part of our standard platform management process and help us maintain a healthy, high-quality publishing community for authors, narrators, publishers, and listeners.
What is a project limit?
A project limit is the maximum number of audiobook projects that can be created within an account before an additional review is required.
When you reach your current limit, you'll see a notification asking you to contact our Support Team at support@inaudio.com if you'd like to add more projects.
Why does INaudio use project limits?
As our platform continues to grow, project limits help us:
Maintain catalog quality and metadata accuracy
Ensure compliance with our Content Policy and Terms of Use
Verify publishing and distribution information where needed
Protect the marketplace from spam, duplicate content, fraud, and other forms of abuse
Support sustainable growth for legitimate authors and publishers
Project limits are applied as part of our ongoing account management process and may vary between accounts.
Project limit reviews also provide an opportunity for our team to identify and address potential compliance issues. While reviews can result in either maintaining or increasing an account's project capacity, accounts found to be in violation of our Content Policy or Terms of Use may be subject to corrective action, suspension, or termination depending on the nature of the violation.
Does reaching my limit mean I've done something wrong?
No.
Reaching a project limit does not automatically indicate a policy violation or issue with your account.
Many successful authors and publishers reach their project limit as their catalogs grow. In most cases, it simply means your account has reached a review checkpoint before additional projects can be added.
How do I request more projects?
Simply contact our Support Team at support@inaudio.com and let us know you'd like your account reviewed for additional upload capacity.
Our team will review your account and determine whether your project limit can be increased.
Will my project limit always be increased?
Not necessarily.
Each request is reviewed individually. Factors may include account activity, catalog composition, publishing history, compliance history, and other platform considerations.
For this reason, some accounts may receive an increase immediately, while others may be asked to continue operating within their current limit for a period of time before requesting another review.
Is there a maximum number of projects I can have?
There is no universal limit that applies to all publishers.
Many publishers and authors operate successfully with larger catalogs. Project limits are reviewed and adjusted over time based on account activity and publishing needs.
How can I improve my chances of receiving additional project capacity?
The best way to maintain good standing is to ensure all content submitted to Voices by INaudio:
Complies with our Content Policy and Terms of Use
Includes accurate metadata and title information
Has appropriate rights and distribution permissions
Accurately represents narration type and content details
Avoids duplicate or misleading content
Accounts that consistently demonstrate compliance and quality are more likely to receive additional capacity as their catalogs grow.
I reached my limit. What should I do now?
Simply contact Support at support@inaudio.com and we'll review your account.
We'll let you know whether your limit can be increased and provide guidance on any next steps if needed.
We're excited to support authors and publishers as they grow their audiobook businesses, and project limits are one of the tools we use to ensure a healthy community for everyone.
