Understanding Account Review on Voices by INaudio

Edited

Why am I seeing a message that my account requires review?

As part of our commitment to supporting great audio stories and protecting our author community, INaudio periodically reviews accounts as they grow and scale.

If you've reached a point where your account requires review, you may see a message asking you to contact our Support Team before adding additional titles.

This is a normal part of our account review process and does not necessarily indicate that there is a problem with your account.

What is an Account Review?

An Account Review is a routine evaluation of an account's publishing activity and catalog growth. Reviews help us ensure authors, publishers, narrators, and rights holders are protected.

During a review, our team may look at factors such as:

  • Account history

  • Catalog growth and publishing activity

  • Content quality

  • Metadata quality and accuracy

  • Rights and ownership information

  • Policy compliance

  • Overall platform trust and safety considerations

Because every account is different, reviews are conducted holistically and are not based on a single metric or requirement.

How do I complete my review?

Simply contact our Support Team at support@inaudio.com.

Our team will review your account and let you know if any additional information is needed. In many cases, no further action is required from the account holder.

How long does a review take?

Most reviews are completed within a few business days, although some reviews may require additional time if we need to verify information related to content ownership, publishing activity, or account details.

Does an Account Review mean I violated a policy?

No.

Account Reviews are a normal part of supporting a growing publishing platform and are often triggered as accounts expand their catalogs or publishing activity.

A review does not automatically indicate a policy violation or enforcement action.

Will my account be approved for additional titles?

Each review is evaluated individually.

Factors such as account history, catalog performance, content quality, rights verification, policy compliance, and overall publishing activity may be considered.

As a result, approvals and publishing capacity may vary between accounts.

Can my account be suspended as a result of an Account Review?

While most Account Reviews are routine and completed without issue, INaudio reserves the right to take action when a review identifies activity that violates our Terms of Use, Content Policy, or other platform requirements.

Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, actions may include:

  • Requesting additional information or documentation

  • Limiting publishing activity

  • Removing content from distribution

  • Suspending publishing privileges

  • Suspending or terminating the account

Examples may include, but are not limited to, rights ownership concerns, copyright infringement, inaccurate metadata, attempts to circumvent platform controls, misrepresentation of content, or other policy violations.

If action is required, our team will communicate the outcome of the review and any applicable next steps.

What if I have questions?

If you have questions about your review, please contact our Support Team at support@inaudio.com and we'll be happy to assist.
