How To Set Up Your Payment Profile

Before you can publish titles through Voices by INaudio, you must complete your Tipalti payment profile and reach Payable status.

Tipalti is INaudio’s secure payment platform. You will use it to provide your payment, tax, and identity information.

Have the following available:

• Access to the email address associated with your Voices account

• A mobile phone for two-step verification

• Your full legal name and personal or business information

• Your preferred payment account details

• Your applicable tax information

• Any identification or supporting documents requested during setup

Important: All payment and tax information must be accurate and belong to the individual or business associated with the account. Enter your full legal name—not a pen name.

Sign in to your Voices by INaudio account.

If your payment profile has not been completed, you will see a prompt asking you to set up your payment account. Select Set Up Payment to open your Payment Profile.

Select the pink Verify Email button.

Tipalti will send a verification message to the email address associated with your Voices account.

Open the email and select Verify Email. You will be redirected to Voices and shown a confirmation that your email address was successfully verified.

You will be asked to enter a mobile phone number and complete two-step verification.

Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your phone number. This security step helps protect your payment information and account access.

Enter the requested personal or business details.

You must use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your tax and payment documents. Do not enter an author name, pen name, or other professional name unless it is also your registered legal name.

Choose your preferred payment method:

• Direct Deposit/ACH

• Wire Transfer

• PayPal

Enter the required information for your selected method and follow the on-screen instructions carefully.

Please note: PayPal and wire transfers may be subject to transaction fees. Any applicable fees will be displayed during setup.

Tipalti will guide you through a tax questionnaire and help determine the appropriate form. Common forms include:

• W-9: Generally used by U.S. individuals and businesses

• W-8BEN: Generally used by non-U.S. individuals

• W-8BEN-E: Generally used by non-U.S. businesses or other entities

• Other: Available when none of the forms above applies

Answer each question accurately and provide any requested documentation.

INaudio cannot provide tax advice. If you are unsure which form or classification applies to you, consult a qualified tax professional.

After completing your tax form, your payment profile will be submitted for review.

Tipalti will validate the information provided. The INaudio team may also review supporting documents associated with your account. If additional information or corrected documentation is required, you will be contacted or your payment profile will show that further action is needed.

Your payment profile must reach Payable status before you can publish titles through Voices by INaudio.

You will not be able to publish while your profile is incomplete, under review, or requires additional information. Review your Payment Profile regularly and respond promptly to any requests to avoid delays.
