Why isn't my audiobook at one of the retailers I selected?

There are several reasons your audiobook may not appear at a selected retailer:

• The retailer may have declined or filtered the title. Voices by INaudio delivers your audiobook to the partners you select, but each partner decides which titles to make available based on its content policies, technical requirements, territories, and business models.

• The title may still be processing. Most titles become available within 2–6 weeks, although timing varies by retailer and may occasionally take longer.

• The retailer may not have a publicly searchable catalog. Library and subscription services may require a patron or subscriber account to view available titles.

• The title may not meet a retailer-specific requirement. Known restrictions are outlined below.

• There may be a distribution issue. If enough time has passed and your title meets the retailer’s requirements, contact us at voices-support@inaudio.com.

• Digital Voice Narration titles distributed through Voices are not currently eligible for Audiolibrix.

• Selecting Audiolibrix does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

• Titles must meet Audible’s technical specifications.

• An equivalent print or eBook edition must be available on Amazon.

• The title must not already be claimed or distributed through ACX.

• May restrict titles containing heavier erotica.

• Does not accept titles categorized as erotica.

• Availability may depend on Bookshop.org’s supported territories and business models.

• Selecting Bookshop.org does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

• Chirp is a full-catalog retailer.

• Promotional placement is separate from general availability and is selected by Chirp’s editorial team.

• Titles priced at $0.00/free are not supported.

• Does not accept box sets.

• Intentionally maintains a curated catalog and may not make every delivered title available.

• Requires a runtime over 20 minutes.

• Restricts certain non-traditional or heavily erotic content.

• Titles generally do not appear on OverDrive.com until purchased by a library.

• OverDrive does not currently support a list price of $0.00; free titles are filtered from its catalog.

Storytel currently accepts audiobooks in supported languages, including English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Polish, Finnish, Russian, Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Malayalam, Icelandic, Arabic, Turkish, Italian, Bulgarian, and German.

If your audiobook has not appeared after the expected processing period, contact support@inaudio.com with:

• The audiobook title and ISBN

• The retailer’s name

• The date the title was submitted or republished

• A link to your Voices project
