2025 Tax Information

You will receive 2025 tax forms via email by January 31, 2026. Emails will be sent from INaudio via “Zenwork Tax 1099,” so please keep an eye out for that sender name. From there, you’ll receive a link to consent to receiving your tax form electronically. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a separate email with your form. Use this to file your taxes as you normally would.

In order to receive your tax forms on time, please be sure to log into your Voices by INaudio account and verify that your legal entity, name, legal entity type, SSN/FEIN, and postal address are correct. 

For clarity, the 1099 you receive from INaudio will exclusively include income earned from the Voices platform after August 1, 2025. For income earned prior to that date, you will receive a separate 1099 from Spotify for Authors. Please reach out to author-support@spotify.com with any questions related to taxes on income earned prior to August 1, 2025. Lastly, those who earned less than $600 will not get a 1099.
