How do I download my audio files?

You can download the audio files from a Voices by INaudio project on the project's Audio tab. Files download to your computer. We do not email audio files to you.

Download one file

1. Log in at https://voices.inaudio.com with the email on your Voices account.

2. Open the audiobook project.

3. Go to the Audio tab.

4. Click the download arrow next to the file you need.

The file should start downloading right away. Check your browser's download list or your computer's Downloads folder if you do not see it.

Download all files for one title

1. On the same Audio tab, click Download all audio files (wording may appear as Download all files).

2. Keep the browser tab open until the download finishes.

3. Look in your browser's download list or your computer's Downloads folder for a ZIP file.

The ZIP contains the individual audio tracks for that title. It is not one merged audiobook file, and it is not every title on your account.

What to expect

Downloads go to your computer. You should not wait for an email with the files.

If your browser asks you to install an app, you can cancel that prompt and check your Downloads folder, or try another browser.

If you only need one or two chapters, use the download arrow next to those files instead of downloading everything.

If individual file downloads also fail, contact Support from the email on your Voices account. Include the audiobook title and the Project ID or ISBN.
